These are absolutely beautiful!!! I love the top right, the one of her laying down, and the last one. She’s gorgeous. :)

I really need you to take photos of me / my family sometime. Film is the best.

Jenny & Daniel

 

How stunning is Jenny? Incredibly… I know!  Daniel matches her right up, too.  :)

 

You would think these kids are newlyweds, but they have been married for over 3 years. They are SO obviously happily married. I love it!

 

We actually know Jenny and Daniel through Our Savior’s Church here in Lafayette.  I had never really had the pleasure of chatting them up for very long and they are so incredibly sweet.

Today I am grateful for…

1. Frozen Whips yogurt (chocolate mousse or strawberry, yum)

3. Hilarious dates with my cute husband

Oh, NOLA

I really love you, New Orleans. You are a magical city.


I was thrilled to have the chance to second shoot for a friend, Jessica Lorren, for a New Orleans wedding that she was shooting a few months back.  She is actually located in South Florida, but had this wedding in my neck of the woods, so I offered to assist her.  I have so many favorites of my shots from the day.  Here are just a few for now.  You can see Jessica’s post of the wedding here.

Photo A Day

Instagram. I am a bit addicted to it. Since I so obviously love taking photos, this little iPhone app is great fun for me. It’s a quick and easy way to be creative with my daily snapshots of life.  Someone posted a picture in my feed of a photo project that looked simple and fun, so I decided to join in!  It’s called Photo A Day, and this is the January edition.  I finally found that it originated here – Photo a day challenge: January 2012 – but I have yet to check out the rest of her blog.  I plan on doing that tomorrow.  She’s obviously fun and creative at least!

I thought I would share some of them with you.  I may even turn some or all of them into a blog post just for fun.  Here are my first three!
